
Grounded in Structural Family Therapy:
Confidence Club is a small group experience designed to help girls build self-esteem, strengthen confidence, and learn healthy ways to express emotions in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Through guided conversations, activities, and connection with peers, girls will have the opportunity to explore who they are, practice emotional expression, and develop tools they can carry into school, friendships, family life, and beyond.
Who This Group Is For
This group is designed for girls ages 9 to 12 who may benefit from support with:

What Girls Will Gain
Participants will be supported in building:
